- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- Security deposit of INR 10,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.
- One of the bedrooms in this unit is without an attached washroom. The washroom is located outside the bedroom.

The place is bang on near some great bars and restaurants i think its a steal deal and the cleanliness and support from hireavilla team is too good
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay! The villa was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Special thanks to Praveen Patel for his excellent support and hospitality throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
Hireavilla was very good. The kitchen, living and dining area were spacious though the bedrooms were smaller that what was shown in the photos. The bathrooms were also smaller than expected but they functioned well with continuous hot water and an excellent shower head. The towels are changed every other day but the bath mats, which get very wet, are not changed that causes some dampness and smell in the bathroom. The shared pool is not really a pool. It's more of an extended bath tub so don't count on spending too much time in it. It's also not chlorinated. The AC's worked very well and the staff was polite. It is easy to Blinkit and Zomato so that was an added bonus. Overall, an excellent place to stay with friends ad family as long as you're not looking for a place with a pool.

Definitely a great find! It’s modern, clean and spacious. The people at the property are super helpful with everything, and the location is quite close to major restaurants and clubs. Cannot fault a thing. It was a lovely stay.
