So do expect a homely service - Guest capacity should be respected. Maximum of 15 guests allowed including children, maids etc. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - We dont have a television available at the villa. - The villa has a full generator backup incase of any occasional power outages that occurs. - A Security deposit of Rs 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded within 72 hours of checkout. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additional. Late checkout is permitted only with a prior approval. -For security reasons CCTVs have been installed in the outdoor areas - A private speedboat can be arranged (except during monsoon) on request at an additional cost from gateway of India to Mandwa jetty and the other way round. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - BBQ Grill is provided with a chef at an additional cost and requires prior notice.

House Rules

All gatherings must be approved in advance; parties or events are not allowed without permission.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited; a fine of ₹5,000 will be charged per incident.
Pets are allowed only with prior written approval before check-in.(Selected Properties Only)
Use water responsibly and avoid unnecessary wastage.
Please do not rearrange any furniture or decor during your stay.
Food and drinks should be consumed only in designated areas; avoid placing them on rugs or furniture.
Maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM; loud music or disturbances may incur a ₹10,000 penalty.
Switch off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
Towels are for indoor use only and must not be taken outside the premises.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy based on the number of days before travel date with applicable penalties.

Criteria	Cancellation Policy
If Travel is Within 15 Days	Booking is non-refundable. No refund will be applicable.
If Travel is Within 15 -30 Days	50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.
If Travel is after 30 Days	25% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.

Things To Know

Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.

Frangipani is an oasis of Calm and tranquility set walking distance from the Awas Beach. The property is exceptionally curated with unique artefacts and paintings which give a unique character to the place. Had a wonderful holiday. We booked a few hours before we arrived but the property was ready for us when we arrived. The staff were very helpful and very proactive with organising meals, transport or any other request.

This was our first time trying Airbnb while visiting India. We wanted a place where we could relax, unwind, connect with family, enjoy good food, be lazy, and make the most of our stay with our extended family. This listing allowed us to do all what we wanted and more. The pool was the most used/praised feature of this property not just by us but also by our 6 year old twins! The bedrooms, common area and the outside area of the property were well kept and certainly added to our enjoyment and relaxation. The chefs on site were hands down the most caring and attentive team you will come across. The only thing we did not appreciate was the charge for a plate that we accidentally broke. But other than that, we highly recommend this place for any family who wants to chill and relax and enjoy what the villa has to offer.

Beautiful, spacious and well maintained villa. Pool was very clean with lots of open space. The home cooked food was delicious and the service was excellent too. The staff were extremely cooperative and made us feel right at home. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Looking forward to being back at some point in the future.

We were 11 family members and we were really looking forward to this reunion. Saagar’s home was just perfect! We had an amazing time. Everything about the home and the people managing there was fantastic! Prasad was extremely helpful and Nilima made some fabulous food for us. I don’t remember the names of the other staff members there but everyone went out of their way to help and made our experience a really beautiful one. Gaurav was quick to respond and helped us with all our questions. The home had everything we needed - a nice place for karaoke evenings and dancing. The pool was clean and really nice! Nilima made some awesome snacks for us while we were in the pool and Prasad was always ready to help with a smile. I can’t thank both of them enough! Hats off to the entire crew! The beach is a beautiful 20 mins walk from the home - the walk was just as nice as the beach - we walked through a nice small village and greenery. It felt a lot like Goa! Planning our next visit already!

We had an excellent stay at Frangipani with our entire family. The staff was excellent, very accommodating and the chef prepared very good meals. Perfect for families with young kids or elders as well. The home decor was something that stood out as well. The pool was in great condition and very clean.
