So do expect a homely service - Guest capacity should be respected. Maximum of 15 guests allowed including children, maids etc. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - We dont have a television available at the villa. - The villa has a full generator backup incase of any occasional power outages that occurs. - A Security deposit of Rs 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded within 72 hours of checkout. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additional. Late checkout is permitted only with a prior approval. -For security reasons CCTVs have been installed in the outdoor areas - A private speedboat can be arranged (except during monsoon) on request at an additional cost from gateway of India to Mandwa jetty and the other way round. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - BBQ Grill is provided with a chef at an additional cost and requires prior notice.
