Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, etc are all on request.

House Rules

All gatherings must be approved in advance; parties or events are not allowed without permission.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited; a fine of ₹5,000 will be charged per incident.
Pets are allowed only with prior written approval before check-in.(Selected Properties Only)
Use water responsibly and avoid unnecessary wastage.
Please do not rearrange any furniture or decor during your stay.
Food and drinks should be consumed only in designated areas; avoid placing them on rugs or furniture.
Maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM; loud music or disturbances may incur a ₹10,000 penalty.
Switch off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
Towels are for indoor use only and must not be taken outside the premises.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy based on the number of days before travel date with applicable penalties.

Criteria	Cancellation Policy
If Travel is Within 15 Days	Booking is non-refundable. No refund will be applicable.
If Travel is Within 15 -30 Days	50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.
If Travel is after 30 Days	25% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.

Things To Know

Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
This property is equipped with inverter backup that supports lights and fans for up to 3–4 hours during power cuts. Please note that air-conditioners and heavy appliances will not operate on inverter power.
Security deposit of INR 10,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.

We had a truly brilliant 5-day stay with Hireavilla in Goa! The property was exceptionally well-maintained.🫡 We particularly loved the spacious, cozy bedrooms and the beautifully furnished dining area, which made our stay feel very high-end and comfortable. we liked it, we loved it, and we lived it! :)🤘🙌 Because we had a very early morning checkout, we weren't able to tidy up the rooms as much as we would have liked before the staff arrived, but we truly appreciate the team's professional service. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!👍

The place is nice and spacious.. Exactly like the pictures shown. It is very well maintained equipped. There are few shops nearby from where you can buy daily conveniences. Candolim beach and lots of nice eating places are just a 5 minute drive away. The host is easily reachable and replies within minutes. We had a small issue with the bathroom and it was attended to within 10mts. Highly recommend this place.
