- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.
- One of the bedrooms in this villa is without an attached washroom. The washroom is located outside the bedroom

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa. The property is stunning and looks exactly as it does in the photos. Every amenity was top-notch and well-maintained. A special thank you to the caretaker, Deba, whose proactive hospitality truly made our trip. He was incredibly sweet and ensured we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. Highly recommended!
It sounds like you had a wonderful time at Hirevilla! The villa seemed to have left a great impression on you, and it's lovely to hear that the caretakers, Bimla and Prakash, were very nice and provided excellent service. The security guards were also humble and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The location and cleanliness of the property must have been perfect, making your stay even more enjoyable. It's always great to find a place that feels like a home away from home 😊.

Good experience
We stayed in Villa 6. The housekeeping was very friendly. Devashish was very helpful until our check out. He was prompt and made our stay super comfortable. Devashish's cold coffee is something to be craved for. The linens and sheets were spotless and regularly changed. I would highly recommend this stay to my friends.
it was a great stay, everything is matching as described even it is more beautiful than description, debashish the caretaker helped us a lot. we have an infant and he managed everything through out the stay and he was available even at midnight if we needed. I would suggest you if you want to experience to stay in beautiful villa and surrounding was also very beautiful. temprature here is pleasent if we compare other locations in goa. we feel cool here because of greenery. owner maintains the property in a good manner.overall it was a great stay ever.
