Criteria	Cancellation Policy
If Travel is Within 15 Days	Booking is non-refundable. No refund will be applicable.
If Travel is Within 15 -30 Days	50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.
If Travel is after 30 Days	25% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.

Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.
One of the bedrooms in this villa is smaller in size and does not have an attached washroom.
Strict noise control applies—please maintain low volume, especially during evenings and nights.
Parking available for up to 1 car within the premises, additional street parking is available outside

The two men servicing the villa were extremely professional, kind and helpful. My friends and I had a great time at the villa, the peace and the view was more than perfect. Everyone had kept note of this gem to revisit in the future. A special thank you to the two kind staff members.

We loved our stay at Marna. 2 housekeepers stayed on sight and were available whenever we needed. Very professional and kind. They cleaned the pool daily, tidied the bedrooms and villa and were able to go to the shop for us to get drinks and snacks when needed. They also helped with washing clothes and booking taxis when needed. The villa was very clean and spacious, lovely views of the sunset from the pool, we would stay here again! The host was also quick at replying through the AirBnB chat and was very helpful.

The place was absolutely amazing! The interiors are an experience in themselves — every corner has its own charm and adds to the unique vibe of the stay. The whole space has such a refreshing and different energy that made our trip truly memorable. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our time here and were completely mesmerized by the place.
