Daily housekeeping and cleaning of the villa are included. You will also have a dedicated villa attendant at the villa for your absolutely impeccable service. Our villa attendants are available from 9 am to 9 pm.
Yes, villa attendants are available in the villa for your housekeeping needs. Villa attendants come in the morning and leave in the evening after the turndown service. They help with preparing breakfast (at an additional cost), the upkeep of the home, turndown services and assistance in the kitchen, if required.
Our Guest Relations Manager can help you make restaurant reservations. They will contact you 1 week prior to your stay and will make a WhatsApp group for you to share all your requests well in advance.
We have a chef on call service for all your meal requirements, we have a variety of cuisines to offer you. You can hire our in-house cook to prepare your meals for you (at an additional cost)
We can certainly help you plan your special day. We can plan a BBQ at the villa, set up a romantic dinner, invite a mixologist to make some amazing cocktails or hire a live singer for your entertainment. We can also decorate the villa with some balloons and help you order a cake and champagne/alcohol too. You can get in touch with us if you want to host an event to go over the details of your requirements. Note - Events at the villa are subjected to a higher security deposit.
While some of our villas are strictly NOT pet friendly, we have a bunch of other homes that are pet friendly. The owner of the home has the right to add a surcharge or/and increase the security deposit in this case. The number and size of the pets must be agreed upon, prior to confirmation of the booking. Pet cleaning charges for the villa will be INR 15,000.
All our holiday homes in Goa, Alibaug and Lonavala have a private pool. Some of our villas have a jacuzzi while a couple of them have a heated pool. The apartments have a common pool within the community.
Hygiene is our top priority. Our villas are stocked with fresh linen, towels for you to use. The linen and towels are changed every alternate day in the villas and every three days in the apartments.
We would be happy to arrange car transfers, massages, BBQ set ups, yacht cruises, Heritage Tours, Adventure activities, decoration if any event or celebration, reservations at restaurants and errand runs at an additional cost.
Yes we do offer a baby cot although it is based on availability. Your baby's health and hygiene is of utmost importance to us. Thus, we request you to carry baby blankets and pillows.
Hireavilla’s amenities include toiletries (on request), linens & towels, private pool (villas only), speaker, gas hob, washing machine, iron & ironing board, hairdryer.
The taxes are 18%. We accept all types of UPI payments and Bank Transfers. We accept a minimum 50% of the total price as an Advance Payment, the balance amount is required to be paid 7 days prior to check in.
A security deposit is required to cover costs in an unlikely event of damage or breakage.If there are no damages to the home, the security deposit will be refunded to you within 2-3 working days after your check-out. It is company policy to not collect any booking payment on ground. To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit to block the dates and the balance payment should be paid 7 days prior to the check in date. Any additional service that you may use can be paid for by cash on ground.
5% will be charged if the check-in date more than 60 days away 50% will be charged of the total amount if the check-in date is more than 30 days and less than 60 days away.
No refund is provided if cancellation is requested within 30 days of check-in date We deduct bank charges/transaction fees, if any, from the amount refunded (depending on the method of payment). The refund will reflect within 15 working days in your bank account. The refund amount is calculated based on the entire booking amount.
An early check-in may be possible if we do not have a prior booking. You need to let us know 2 days prior to the check-in and we will confirm depending on the availability and can also be chargeable depending on the time. You can check-in at 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and you must check out by 11:00 am on your day of departure. Late check-outs are possible at an additional fee. You can check with your Guest Relations Manager.
Loud music will not be allowed at the villas as most of our villas are situated in a gated community and government guidelines prohibit music post 10 pm.
