The staircase, adorned with intricate Moroccan tiling, leads you to the first floor. The master bedroom boasts Goan-styled elegance with its white bed adorned with woven material, leading to a private balcony. Ensuite bathroom facilities add convenience. Bedroom 2 welcomes you with pristine white surroundings and tall French windows. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and bedroom 4 has a queen bed, each unique in its charm, offering comfortable spaces for peaceful nights. Bedroom 5 has its own cozy charm. Book your stay now and create cherished memories amidst Goa's tranquil embrace. ***** Here’s a detailed layout of the property: Bedrooms: - The villa has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms. - Fresh linens and pillows are provided in the rooms - Wardrobes are available in the rooms. Living Room: - The living area is welcoming and offers seating options. - There is a sofa in the living room. - Living area is completely air-conditioned. - Living room has an attached dining area Bathrooms: - The villa has 6.5 bathrooms. - The bathrooms have a hot water supply. - Toiletries are provided including towels. Kitchen: - The kitchen is equipped with appliances. - The kitchen is attached to the living room. - There is a dining table by the kitchen Guest access Guests have access to all the amenities on the property including the rooms, the private swimming pool, lawn. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. Parking is available at the property. Other things to note - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We have a breakfast spread served between 8-11 am. A cook will be provided for Lunch and Dinner with the ingredients & groceries charged as per actuals. - There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours. - A Security deposit of Rs. 50000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded 72 hours after checkout. - Being located in a gated community, we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily they will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits etc are all on request.
