The living room effortlessly flows into a dining area, where conversations and laughter can be shared over sumptuous meals prepared in the fully equipped modern kitchen and an additional dining area with four tall chairs. Venture to the first floor, where a lounging area awaits, featuring plush couches, a table, and a chair with a footrest. The staircase, a marvel in marble, leads you to the opulent bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts tall glass French windows, a king-sized bed, a study desk, and a cozy couch. Each corner of this room is adorned with fresh plants and captivating abstract art. The ensuite bathroom, a sanctuary of relaxation, features a luxurious tub, a refreshing shower, and elegant sink fixtures. You'll discover three more enchanting bedrooms, each graced with French doors leading to outdoor balconies, inviting in the Goan breeze. Every room is meticulously designed with queen-sized beds, study desks, and thoughtfully placed plants and art pieces. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring the utmost privacy and comfort for every guest. Here’s a detailed layout of the property: Bedrooms: - The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. - Fresh linens and pillows are provided in the rooms - Wardrobes are available in the rooms. Living Room: - The living area is welcoming and offers seating options. - There is a sofa in the living room. - Living area is completely air-conditioned. - Living room has an attached dining table Bathrooms: - The villa has 4 bathrooms and a washroom. - The bathrooms have a hot water supply. - Toiletries are provided including towels. Kitchen: - The kitchen is equipped with appliances. - The kitchen is attached to the living room. - There is a dining area in the kitchen Parking: - The villa has parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Guest access Guests have access to all the amenities on the property including the rooms, the private swimming pool, lawn. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. Parking is available at the property. Other things to note - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We have a breakfast spread served between 8-11 am. A cook will be provided for Lunch and Dinner with the ingredients & groceries charged as per actuals. - There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours. - A Security deposit of Rs. 50000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded 72 hours after checkout. - Being located in a gated community, we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally.
