- Towels are for indoor use only and must not be taken outside the premises.

- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- Strict noise control applies—please maintain low volume, especially during evenings and nights.
- Parking available for up to 1 car within the premises, additional street parking is available outside
- Security deposit of INR 5,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.

Had a wonderful stay here with my partner. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, spacious, well-maintained, and in a peaceful location. Candolim Beach, restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets were all just a short ride away, making it a great base to explore North Goa. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth. They even accommodated our request for a late checkout, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, cozy stay in Candolim, and I'd happily book it again on my next trip to Goa.
