Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, etc are all on request.

House Rules

All gatherings must be approved in advance; parties or events are not allowed without permission.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited; a fine of ₹5,000 will be charged per incident.
Pets are allowed only with prior written approval before check-in.(Selected Properties Only)
Use water responsibly and avoid unnecessary wastage.
Please do not rearrange any furniture or decor during your stay.
Food and drinks should be consumed only in designated areas; avoid placing them on rugs or furniture.
Maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM; loud music or disturbances may incur a ₹10,000 penalty.
Switch off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
Towels are for indoor use only and must not be taken outside the premises.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy based on the number of days before travel date with applicable penalties.

Criteria	Cancellation Policy
If Travel is Within 15 Days	Booking is non-refundable. No refund will be applicable.
If Travel is Within 15 -30 Days	50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.
If Travel is after 30 Days	25% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.

Things To Know

Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
This property is equipped with inverter backup that supports lights and fans for up to 3–4 hours during power cuts. Please note that air-conditioners and heavy appliances will not operate on inverter power.
Security deposit of INR 5,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Goa! ❤️ The place was cozy, beautifully designed, and truly as aesthetically pleasing as the pictures. In fact, the real experience felt even better. One of our favourite things was the living room window, especially during the rain. Sitting there and watching the rain created such a peaceful and lovely atmosphere, it made the stay feel extra special. The location was also perfect, with all the important places within a short distance, especially Candolim Beach. It made exploring Goa so convenient, particularly with our baby. As a family travelling with our baby, what we appreciated most was how comfortable and homely the place felt. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. Our baby adjusted to the new place so easily and had absolutely no trouble settling in, which made our stay even more relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, it was a beautiful, comfortable and memorable stay. We would happily choose this place again whenever we’re back to Goa.

We had a wonderful stay in North Goa at this beautiful apartment managed by Hire A Villa. The property was exactly as shown in the Airbnb listing - beautiful, cozy, and exceptionally well-maintained. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had all the amenities mentioned in the description, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the property truly offered great value for money. A special mention to the host, who was extremely polite, friendly, and accommodating. They even allowed us an early check-in at a very nominal charge, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a trustworthy and delightful experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay near Candolim Beach in North Goa. We would definitely love to stay here again!
