- Switch off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
- Towels are for indoor use only and must not be taken outside the premises.

- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- Strict noise control applies—please maintain low volume, especially during evenings and nights.
- Parking available for up to 1 car within the premises, additional street parking is available outside
- Security deposit of INR 5,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.

Wonderful stay I will choose this everytime. Only thing is doors make sound even when closed due to wind. But this never a problem

Had a great stay at property. Everything was just shown in pictures and neat& clean. Would definitely recommend this stay and come again soon:)
The property had a cozy, homey vibe. The AC, microwave, induction cooktop was top notch condition with all necessary utensils making it convenient. Reliable Wifi and smart TV. Although washrooms are compact (cruise-ship style), they were spotless and had great water pressure. The hall and the kitchen have a lot of switches, none of which are labelled. Turns into a guessing game every time we tried to figure out which switch controls what! The property relies on solar water heating i guess, which isn't ideal during cloudy, rainy season. Received multiple checkout reminders on the morning of departure, even though we checked out a good 15 mins early. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay with great indoor vibes. A few small tweaks regarding switch labels, water heating and checkout communication would make this even better. Still a 5/5 though, had a great stay, would definitely like to book again for my next goa visit.
