For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - Incase of occasional power cuts in Goa, the apartment has a genset backup for lights, fans and basic electronics. - We don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, etc are all on request.

All gatherings must be approved in advance; parties or events are not allowed without permission.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited; a fine of ₹5,000 will be charged per incident.
Use water responsibly and avoid unnecessary wastage.
Please do not rearrange any furniture or decor during your stay.
Food and drinks should be consumed only in designated areas; avoid placing them on rugs or furniture.
Maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM; loud music or disturbances may incur a ₹10,000 penalty.
Switch off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
Towels are for indoor use only and must not be taken outside the premises.
Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy based on the number of days before travel date with applicable penalties.

Criteria	Cancellation Policy
If Travel is Within 15 Days	Booking is non-refundable. No refund will be applicable.
If Travel is Within 15 -30 Days	50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.
If Travel is after 30 Days	25% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.

Things To Know

Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
Strict noise control applies—please maintain low volume, especially during evenings and nights.
Parking available for up to 1 car within the premises, additional street parking is available outside
There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours.
Security deposit of INR 10,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.
