For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - Incase of occasional power cuts in Goa, the apartment has a generator back up. - We don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy based on the number of days before travel date with applicable penalties.

Criteria	Cancellation Policy
If Travel is Within 15 Days	Booking is non-refundable. No refund will be applicable.
If Travel is Within 15 -30 Days	50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.
If Travel is after 30 Days	25% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.

Things To Know

Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
This property is equipped with inverter backup that supports lights and fans for up to 3–4 hours during power cuts. Please note that air-conditioners and heavy appliances will not operate on inverter power.
Strict noise control applies—please maintain low volume, especially during evenings and nights.
Parking available for up to 1 car within the premises, additional street parking is available outside
Security deposit of INR 10,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.

It was my first time in goa and i was worried about my stay as when you are on a trip hotel or your room is your second home for next few days. I searched alot and rhen i found this place. I booked it and now im back to my home from my trip and i m missing the vibe and coziness of this stay. Pool is from morning 7AM to 7PM only that need to extend more as pool at night gives you different feeling when you are not feeling to go out somewhere. Beds are really nice. People came to clean your apartment everyday and they are good too. It is near to the market just like 5 min walking from the main market. Blink-it came with in 10-12 minutes. Advise from me. When you are ordering anything online. Just be sure that put the location or add the location when you are at the entry main gate of this property. Because if you will mark your room pin location, delivery person will go in the back street. All in all stay is cozy, nice, beautiful, and staff is really cooperative. You will feel it.

Hireavilla really took care of everything from the onstart for both of their apartments that we stayed in . The location is excellent & just within walking distance to everything such as great cafes , bars restaurants and other businesses. The best part of the place is that we never had to call the housekeeping staff for anything since everything was already available at the apartment. The staff is very responsive and helpful they took good care of us throughout and we had no difficulties. The check is was easy , lovely & peaceful surroundings and centrally located to everything within arms reach . The apartment was spotlessly clean and exactly as shown in the pictures . Only concern we had was that the light in APT 101 , in the first bathroom was very dim can barely see anything and the washing machine needs to be fixed properly as it was violently shaking on spin function and some water leakage but otherwise everything was perfect would definitely stay here again . Amazing service
