Here’s a detailed layout of the property: Bedrooms: - The villa has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms. - Fresh linens and pillows are provided in the rooms - Wardrobes are available in the rooms. Living Room: - The living area is welcoming and offers seating options - There is a sofa in the living room - The living area is completely air-conditioned - The living room has an attached dining table Bathrooms: - The villa has 5 bathrooms - The bathrooms have a hot water supply - Toiletries are provided including towels Kitchen: - The kitchen is equipped with appliances. - The kitchen is attached to the living room. - There is a dining area in the kitchen Guest Access: Guests have access to all the amenities on the property including the rooms, the private swimming pool, lawn. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. Other details to note: - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily they will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, etc are all on request.
