- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.
- Strict noise control is applicable in this villa — guests are required to maintain low volume, especially during evenings and nights.

Excellent property, just as described and pictured. Host was very communicative. Location was very good, close to all North Goa beaches and clubs. Cherry on top were the staff, they made sure we felt at home, with daily checks and cleaning. Must recommended if looking for a stay in North Goa.

Good place
The villa was spotlessly clean, truly pristine with absolutely no complaints there. The staff was exceptionally cordial, ever-smiling, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more comfortable. The villa itself is spacious, tastefully designed, and perfect for groups or families we had a little one with us and loved how much space there was to run around and play. The management team was prompt and efficient, addressing any requests or small issues right away. The location is another big plus everything from beaches to cafés is just a short 10–15 minute drive away. The only small suggestion would be to fix the few broken tiles in the pool, as they could cause minor scratches. Once that’s taken care of, the experience would be absolutely seamless. All in all, a lovely stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Goa!

The entire experience was just so beautiful! it's absolutely gorgeous and looks exactly like in the pictures! The caretaker was also very helpful! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
