- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.

The villa is very pretty and well maintained just like the photo. Perfect location
The property is very well managed and is same as shown in the picture. The villa was very neat and clean and luxurious. The host was very communicative and the caretaker staff was also very good. However there were two downside for us, both related to outdoor space. First, The pool area don't have privacy, it's not gated, anyone can enter this area without permission and it's easily visible from outside. And second, just opposite to the villa is water park where whole day loud music is being played. It can be little disturbing, especially if you are in lounge area or pool area. Overall , it was a good stay for us.
Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Our host Mafuj was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!
very nice place and quite place and safe place with high security and gated premises.
Excellent villa compound. Absolutely privacy, with clean pool . House help is always available. The villa is exactly like the pictures and all good restaurants and places are near by to the villa. Bedrooms are big & Bathrooms are clean and hygienic, very well maintained villa
Great host, househelps were so friendly and helpful, they were like a cherry on top adding to the already perfect property
