Anjuna Beach, a sandy cove dotted with palms and black rocks, was a well-known destination among hippies in the 1960s. Today it's known for its electronic music trance parties. Each Wednesday, a sprawling flea market sells handicrafts, jewelry and food. North of the beach is St. Anthony’s Chapel, an old church with a whitewashed facade. - We can help you get rented vehicles (two-wheelers and cars). - The best way to reach the villa is to book a prepaid taxi from the airport (We can help book that for you at a reasonable price). - The Manohar International Airport (Mopa) is approximately 50 mins away. - The nearest railway station is Thivim (45 mins away). - The Dabolim International Airport is approximately 80 mins away. IMPORTANT : Please note that the rental agreement and check-in form must be completed before your stay in order to receive the necessary check-in instructions. *For foreign nationals, we kindly request that you provide your visa details as part of the check-in process. Kindly Note: The guest parking is available beside the villa. However, as the property is located next to the Anjuna Flea Market, on Wednesday's guests would have to park approx 200 mts from the villa. - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - The villa has an inverter backup in case of any occasional power outages that occur in Goa. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, etc are all on request. Other services available include: • Private Chef, BBQs, Private Celebration setups with prior notice • Yacht booking with 5 days' prior notice • Car and bike rental arrangements • Airport Transfers, sightseeing, local shopping experiences, and tour guide services can also be arranged.

House Rules

All gatherings must be approved in advance; parties or events are not allowed without permission.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited; a fine of ₹5,000 will be charged per incident.
Use water responsibly and avoid unnecessary wastage.
Please do not rearrange any furniture or decor during your stay.
Food and drinks should be consumed only in designated areas; avoid placing them on rugs or furniture.
Maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM; loud music or disturbances may incur a ₹10,000 penalty.
Switch off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
Towels are for indoor use only and must not be taken outside the premises.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy based on the number of days before travel date with applicable penalties.

Criteria	Cancellation Policy
If Travel is Within 15 Days	Booking is non-refundable. No refund will be applicable.
If Travel is Within 15 -30 Days	50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.
If Travel is after 30 Days	25% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.

Things To Know

Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.

Had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was exactly as described -spotlessly clean, thoughtfully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Being a beach house made the experience even more special. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having the beach just steps away was incredibly relaxing and made for a perfect getaway.

We had a great time staying at Casa Melina. The view is an absolute stunner. It is almost impossible to find a place to stay with a similar view as this in north goa. We were also minutes away from a lot of lovely restaurants and bars. I would however caution future guests about the popular barbar which is a few steps away as well as the flea market that we have to drive through to get to the house. Since we stayed at the house on a Monday, neither of this impacted our stay. But I can imagine that on a weekend or the weekly flea market day, the surroundings can get quite loud and busy. The space was done up really well too. Overall we had a good stay at the property.

Great place to stay and a wonderful host. - just beside Pisco by the beach - beach is in the front, proper beach is 5min walk - Location is amazing. Close to all good eating joints such as Artjuna, Baba Au Rhum, etc.

De villa en locatie waren voor ons uitstekend. Het huis ligt direct naast Pisco by the Beach, een goed restaurant/bar. ’s Avonds hoor je wel de muziek en de drukte, maar dit stoorde ons helemaal niet. Tijdens ons verblijf van zes dagen hadden we helaas geen warm water in de douches. Hiervoor kregen we slechts 1000 INR korting op onze late check-out.
