- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.
- There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours.

The property is large and well laid out, however, it is a little tired in places. However, why I would recommend this place is because of the way we were looked after. Ali was a fantastic host and Sydney was extremely helpful as our customer assistant. That you team hireavilla!
Amazing villa for a big circle if friends/ family, Just like the pictures Spacious rooms and sitting areas Pool was also amazing
Very well maintained place. The in-house staff were very friendly. Easy to drive to north or south goa. The pool was very clean and quite enjoyable.
