Here’s a detailed layout of the property: Bedrooms: - The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. - Fresh linens and pillows are provided in the rooms - Wardrobes are available in the rooms. Living Room: - The living area is welcoming and offers seating options. - There is a sofa in the living room. - The living area is completely air-conditioned. Bathrooms: - The villa has 4 bathrooms. - The bathrooms have a hot water supply. - Toiletries are provided including towels. Kitchen: - The kitchen is equipped with appliances. - The dining area is attached to the kitchen Guest access: Guests have access to all the amenities on the property including the rooms and the private swimming pool. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. Parking is available at the property. Other things to note: - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours. - A Security deposit of Rs. 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded 72 hours after checkout. - Being located in a community, we don't allow loud music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, etc are all on request.
