- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.

The caretakers are amazing(Manisha and Ashu). They were prompt on any action that was required. We did not have any problems with the villa. The pool can be more clean. It seems like net filter is not present as the leaves keep coming even after cleaning. Everything is good and maintained.
Our stay was amazing, the place was clean, pool was clean and pretty big can easily accommodate about 10 people. The caretakers were very respectful and helpful. The only issue is the parking there - small cars such as baleno or glanza, can’t go up the small slope of the parking inside the villa as it may damage the car so they had to be parked outside. Overall a 10/10 stay, will definitely recommend this to everyone!
Wonderful Stay at Casa Shikha Villa !!! We had a great stay at Casa Shikha Villa in Goa. The villa was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Really appreciated how clean the entire place was, which made our stay even more relaxing. The caretaker was extremely supportive and always available to help with anything we needed. From check-in to checkout, the service was smooth and friendly. Overall, Casa Shikha Villa is a perfect choice for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Goa. Highly recommended!
