- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.
- This property is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues due to stairs.

Comfy stay
Lovely villa with spacious living and bed rooms. Has a lovely pool and entertainment area. We were a group of 13 with kids, adults and seniors and we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The staff was beyond excellent and served us really yummy food and ensured our stay was great. The only thing which needs to be called out is there are about 15 ish steps from where you park to the main entrance which was a bit of an issue with the seniors in the group. Overall a lovely villa for a large group.
