- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- This property is equipped with inverter backup that supports lights and fans for up to 3–4 hours during power cuts. Please note that air-conditioners and heavy appliances will not operate on inverter power.
- Security deposit of INR 10,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.

The aesthetics of the apartment were a delight. The interiors are very tastefully done. Location is great. And the apartment is situated in a very secure residential locality, so you dont have to worry about location. Also there are grocery stores right outside the building. Housekeeping is accommodating too. Bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The only thing negative was the knife set was dirty from earlier. So I felt that minute cleaning was required in the kitchen. Rest everything was great.
The place was exactly as shown in pictures, super clean and beautiful. The only minor con was thr kitchen sink, smells bad, but since the flat had room fresher, it was not a major issue. Beautiful property go for it.
