Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited; a fine of ₹5,000 will be charged per incident.

Food and drinks should be consumed only in designated areas; avoid placing them on rugs or furniture.
Maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM; loud music or disturbances may incur a ₹10,000 penalty.
Switch off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
Towels are for indoor use only and must not be taken outside the premises.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy based on the number of days before travel date with applicable penalties.

Criteria	Cancellation Policy
If Travel is Within 15 Days	Booking is non-refundable. No refund will be applicable.
If Travel is Within 15 -30 Days	50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.
If Travel is after 30 Days	25% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.

Things To Know

Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
Security deposit of INR 10,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.

neat and clean, well maintained property. Tastefully done interiors and responsive hosts. overall this place is everything you want from an Airbnb and more. if you're 50-50, go ahead and book this one. thank me later. ps - it's within a hotel, so make sure to make the most of happy hours as the poolside bar.

If you're looking for an Airbnb with all the facilities of a resort,it is a no brainer property.The staff was pretty helpful and polite also they had in house restaurant with great ambience. Would have appreciated if the house was equipped with a washing machine and primary gas stove as well ,other than that I hold no complaints about the property. The host was proactive as well and the checkin was super smooth.

Astor Hotel is a beautiful property maintained and high quality with extremely courteous staff. My Host was proactive and approachable. We asked for drinking water and my Host sent 12 mineral water bottles. Swimming pool and gym is a highlight. We even got a scooty from the Astor Hotel at our doorstep. Deck 88 is a friendly and homely lavish breakfast nook for English and Indian cuisine. Overall, I would recommend this Airbnb to everyone and would like to re-visit if I return to Goa. Awesome and impressive hospitality.
