Guest access - Guests have access to all the amenities on the property including the rooms, the private swimming pool, and the garden. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - Parking is available for 1 vehicle. - The villa is filled with artifacts and delicate decor. All furnishing is steamed, sanitized, and maintained to standard before and after a guest's stay. - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has an inverter backup that can support all the appliances for up to 4 hours. - A Security deposit of Rs. 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded 72 hours after checkout. - We don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, etc are all on request. - BBQ Grill is provided with a chef at an additional cost and requires prior notice.
