Airport Proximity: - Manohar International Airport is approximately 25 km away. - Goa International Airport is approximately 40 km away. IMPORTANT : Please note that the rental agreement and check-in form must be completed before your stay in order to receive the necessary check-in instructions. *For foreign nationals, we kindly request that you provide your visa details as part of the check-in process. - Parking is available outside the community. Upon arrival, you’ll be picked up from the main gate in a buggy and escorted to the villa. Luggage assistance will also be provided in the same manner. - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - The villa has a genset backup in case of any occasional power outages that occur in Goa. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, etc are all on request. - BBQ Grill is provided with a chef at an additional cost and requires prior notice.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited; a fine of ₹5,000 will be charged per incident.

Food and drinks should be consumed only in designated areas; avoid placing them on rugs or furniture.
Maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM; loud music or disturbances may incur a ₹10,000 penalty.

If Travel is Within 15 Days	Booking is non-refundable. No refund will be applicable.
If Travel is Within 15 -30 Days	50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.
If Travel is after 30 Days	25% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.

Things To Know

Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
This property is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues due to stairs.
The villa is located inside a gated community. Parking is outside the main gate (no dedicated spot), and the villa is a short 2–3 minute walk from the entrance. We can assist with luggage support upon request.
Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.
There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours.
Strict noise control is applicable in this villa — guests are required to maintain low volume, especially during evenings and nights.
