- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- This property is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues due to stairs.
- Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.

The place was good as shown in pictures and staff was also co operative and the checkin process was smooth
We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. I stayed with my mom and kids and they loved this place. Kids enjoyed the Airbnb and pool So much it was hard to get them out to Explore the city. It was a cool retreat when the beaches got hot. The place is maintained well by the care takers Suraj and Rahul. They were always attentive and helpful. They made us feel home. And we felt safe and well taken care of. Would totally recommend this place to anyone visiting Goa.
The property we stayed at matched its description. We absolutely enjoyed our stay there, and the staff was particularly helpful in catering to our needs. This stay provided us with the quiet and privacy we were looking for, along with easy access to North Goa.

Lovely place! The pictures don’t do justice to the place. It’s a beautiful villa with everything you can ask for, with a bit more! Prakash was the caretaker and did a great job at guiding us daily and taking care of the villa. Had a wonderful stay and definitely plan on coming back! Definitely recommended for a hassle free vacation.
