- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.

Our stay was amazing we had a lot of fun and the best places in north were 10 mins away from our stay.
We had a fantastic time at the villa! The property was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious, giving our family plenty of room to relax and enjoy. It was also very kid-friendly, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The hosts thoughtfully provided everything we needed, and the home was spotless and well-maintained. Our little ones loved the open space. Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!
Place was very spacious with all the amenities needed. Location feels remote but once you enter the society you will feel like home. You have inhouse staff for cooking food as you need. Overall it was nice stay
The place is really nice, slightly far from the beach (10 mins scooty ride) than I expected. There are 2 full time houshelps - one cook and one helper, both of them are just amazing. few things needs to be replaced - one of the chairs near the pool is broken. all the lazy chairs are full of rust.
Property is awesome and all the facilities are great except the location. Located in remote area.
