House Rules

All gatherings must be approved in advance; parties or events are not allowed without permission.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited; a fine of ₹5,000 will be charged per incident.
Pets are allowed only with prior written approval before check-in.(Selected Properties Only)
Use water responsibly and avoid unnecessary wastage.
Please do not rearrange any furniture or decor during your stay.
Food and drinks should be consumed only in designated areas; avoid placing them on rugs or furniture.
Maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM; loud music or disturbances may incur a ₹10,000 penalty.
Switch off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
Towels are for indoor use only and must not be taken outside the premises.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy based on the number of days before travel date with applicable penalties.

Criteria	Cancellation Policy
If Travel is Within 15 Days	Booking is non-refundable. No refund will be applicable.
If Travel is Within 15 -30 Days	50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.
If Travel is after 30 Days	25% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.

Things To Know

Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.

Perfect Place For A Group To Enjoy The Trip, The Place Was So Nice And Peaceful And Looks Exactly As Shown In The Pictures, Host And The Caretaker 's Are Very Friendly And Responds Very Quickly If There's Anything Needed. We Had A Great Stay With Them.

Great villa with a private pool. Host is very responsive and there were good caretakers at the property at all times. Highly recommended (also a peaceful location but just mins away from Anjuna/Vagator).

Sagar and the house staff are a delight. Anytime i’m back in North Goa I’m going to be booking this place. 10/10. 20 mins at best from everything, amazing restaurants 10 mins away. Can hire a car and driver nearby that know the area.

We had a great experience at this villa. It was very premium looking place with a private pool and high quality furnishings. Location was perfect and very close to Vagator and Anjuna beach. The immediate surroundings were peaceful and we had a couple of really nice cafés at a walking distance. The caretaker-cum-cook was very helpful and cooked delicious food for us. Loved the overall experience and would like to visit another property by this host soon. Highly recommended for families or group of friends.
