- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.
- This property is equipped with inverter backup that supports lights and fans for up to 3–4 hours during power cuts. Please note that air-conditioners and heavy appliances will not operate on inverter power.

We had a great stay at the villa , everything was in place as in images and descriptions. Only one thing that pulls it back is the mobile network availability. There’s low (almost no) mobile reception Bt to address this issue , they have given WiFi connection in each bedroom. Very spacious and comfortable house. The private pool was super cool. The care taker @Kamil was very helpful & cooperative.
The place is well lit and decorated and the host is very helpful and flexible. It was a nice stay!!
Overall the experience was great. Property matched the description and pictures. The private pool seemed to be smaller than what we perceived of it in pictures. Everything else was perfect!
We had the best stay here. The staff were all amazing, helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Highly recommend!
it is a nice play to stay. well maintained property, good for friends and family. only issue was the mobile network issue.
