- Please do not rearrange any furniture or decor during your stay.
- Food and drinks should be consumed only in designated areas; avoid placing them on rugs or furniture.
- Maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM; loud music or disturbances may incur a ₹10,000 penalty.
- Switch off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
- Towels are for indoor use only and must not be taken outside the premises.

| If Travel is after 30 Days | 25% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded. |
- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.

me and my cousins had booked this place after two of my bookings got canceled and I must say it was the best thing to ever happen. the villa is very pretty and the interiors make you stay for much longer. the host is very accommodating and responsive. the pool was very clean and free from chlorine. the bathrooms were also quite clean. the space is quite large for even 12 people. best place to stay for at least 2 days. the staff at the villa, subodh bhaiya and didi (his wife) were very cordial and kind. they took care of everything and were very helpful. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a best getaway. I also intent on visiting more such places from the host. Good wishes to the host and his team
