- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.

great stay especially service
Property is as described in Photos, amenities were great, only drawback was that Fridge was working. Host arranged wine fridge for us which was good enough for us. Caretaker Saurabh was very helpful and proactive.

Our stay was really comfortable. The team was very responsive and the location was good. Quaint yet accessible.
Its just like the photos if not even better. Location is easily accessible to Vagator beach and its 30 mins to Ashvem and Candolim. Very peaceful and calm- lush green around. Spotted 4-5 varieties of bulbuls and few other birds. Pool was clean as well. Car parking place was good for a fortuner as well
This is good property and the entire Sagar's team was supportive and super responsive. Lover to stay for the next time as well.
