- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.

We were a group of 8 friends who stayed at the property for two days. It’s a beautiful and well-managed place, and the Hireavilla team was prompt and supportive throughout our stay. We also availed a chef for breakfast and lunch, and Chef Karan prepared really delicious food. The only issue was a water supply problem due to an electrical fault for about 4-5 hours in the morning, which affected our plans. A quicker resolution in such cases would be appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience.
The Villa matches the pictures and is great for families. Very helpful househelps and chef. One room is cutoff and with a large terrace and room and terrace can be used for the noisy activities like games etc. Very active and responsive host.
The staff, Rahul and Manu, were exceptionally friendly and available. They were accessible for twelve hours a day and willing to assist at any time we needed them. Regarding the location, it was very peaceful, but I felt the overall cost was slightly overpriced.
The villa was extremely beautiful and the staff Mubarak and Rahul were very nice, professional and supportive. We would love to stay here again.
Loved the Villa! It matched the photos exactly 🫶🏻 It was beautifully done and the caretaker Mubarak was very helpful. He helped us with each and everything. Definitely coming here the next time we visit Goa!
