- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.
- One of the bedrooms is without an attached washroom. The washroom is located outside the bedroom

Great place to stay. Zakir was a nice caretaker and helped us whenever needed. Loved our time there.
Amazing place! Zakir, the caretaker, was extremely responsive. We got the best deal, and the interiors are so soothing—it truly feels like home. 100% recommended.
We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every part of our experience. The property was well-maintained, comfortable and exactly as described. A special mention to Jhakir, the caretaker, who made our stay even better. He was always available, extremely prompt and took care of everything we needed with great attention and professionalism. His support and responsiveness really stood out and made us feel at home. Highly recommend this place and we would definitely love to stay here again.
I had a very comfortable stay at Hirevilla. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Special shout-out to the caretaker for being extremely helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended.
