- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.

What a beautiful place! This villa exceeded our expectations. Spacious rooms, beautiful garden area, and super clean bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning. Perfect for families or groups of friends. Highly recommended!
