- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.
- Strict noise control is applicable in this villa — guests are required to maintain low volume, especially during evenings and nights.

Great villa! We really enjoyed our stay. The property itself is stunning, and being beach side just makes it that much better. Nice pool to beat the heat, as well! The caretakers were super resoponsive and helpful. You have a few options that deliver food as well. I only wished there was a facility for EV charging though.
A lovely property with all the basic amenities. Excellent location and an attractive villa. Very thoughtfully designed. Had a wonderful time. Great value for money!
