House Rules

All gatherings must be approved in advance; parties or events are not allowed without permission.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited; a fine of ₹5,000 will be charged per incident.
Pets are allowed only with prior written approval before check-in.(Selected Properties Only)
Use water responsibly and avoid unnecessary wastage.
Please do not rearrange any furniture or decor during your stay.
Food and drinks should be consumed only in designated areas; avoid placing them on rugs or furniture.
Maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM; loud music or disturbances may incur a ₹10,000 penalty.
Switch off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
Towels are for indoor use only and must not be taken outside the premises.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy based on the number of days before travel date with applicable penalties.

Criteria	Cancellation Policy
If Travel is Within 15 Days	Booking is non-refundable. No refund will be applicable.
If Travel is Within 15 -30 Days	50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.
If Travel is after 30 Days	25% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded.

Things To Know

Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.
We have pool heater available at an additional INR 2500/day. Requires up to 10 hours to heat—please provide advance notice.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Polaris! The villa is incredibly spacious, clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the location was perfect for us—very central to the restaurants, nightlife, and clubs we wanted to enjoy in Goa. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was Kumar and Maruf. They went above and beyond for us throughout our entire stay. They were incredibly attentive, accommodating, and always happy to help. They gave us amazing recommendations, helped us with anything we needed, and genuinely made us feel so well taken care of. No ask was ever too big or too small! They even prepared us a delicious breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home. Their kindness and hospitality made our experience so memorable. We would absolutely stay at Villa Polaris again on our next trip to Goa. We cannot recommend the villa, Kumar, and Maruf enough!

It was a great stay a home away from home. I traveled with my family and kids to a summer vacation in beautiful Goa. We were greeted very nice with flowers and a bottle of wine by the caretakers. Kumar and Maruf were so helpful and great cook. They were available at all times and so helpful. The place was spotless and very convenient. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and nearby beaches. Bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. It was very safe because the gate guard is always there. This place meets American standards and we will be back. Subeg Singh, New York

The Villa we stayed was amazingly clean and the owner was communicating quickly and helping out if any doubt. Most importantly the credit for a peaceful and enjoyable stay goes to care takers Kumar and Amrith. They are too good taking care of food, shopping if need be and general advice. There are an asset to the owner. Wil surely return and advised friends to stay there if they visit goa. Thank you.

Great location, well-equipped facilities, helpful staff, and a beautiful property. The only downside was the disparity in room quality, but overall, HireVilla never disappoints. Highly recommended!
