- Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our recent trip with friends. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The surroundings were peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. A special mention to the caretakers — they were extremely helpful, friendly, and always available whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we would love to come back again!
Finally found a real superhost with an amazing property. Host was super responsive in case of any queries. Property was clean, pool was clean and caretakers were helpful. 5/5 stay. Just go for it.

The property was exceptionally clean — both the rooms and bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The pool and common areas were also highlights — spacious, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing or spending time with family and friends. What truly stood out, though, were the caretakers, Suman and Bapi. They were always smiling, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. Whether it was a small request or general assistance, they were always available and eager to help. Their warmth and hospitality really elevated the whole experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay! Sydney also gave some very nice local pubs and restraunts to visit which were closeby.

The stay was fantastic, with spotless bathrooms and well-maintained furnishings. It felt very safe for women, and the staff, dressed in uniforms, were incredibly hospitable. The hosts were warm and welcoming, providing clear instructions through online groups prior to the visit, which I found to be an excellent standard operating procedure. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Goa! 💯
