- Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
- Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
- Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
- Security deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.
- For all bookings made for dates up to 13th August, the base price includes access to only 2 bedrooms for up to 4 guests. Although the listing mentions 3 bedrooms, the third room will remain locked unless additional guests are added. Extra charges will apply for additional guests, and the third bedroom will be made available accordingly.

Had a wonderful stay at this villa in Vagator, Goa. The place was spacious, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Special thanks to Swarnavip and Rajinder for being extremely helpful, responsive, and warm throughout our stay. They ensured everything was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

I stayed at Villa zaia with my friends and dog. All of ys really liked the property, it was furnished very elegantly with a nice garden and sitout area. The caretaker Swanrnadeep was really polite and helpful too which made our stay even better. Will definitely recommend this to my friends.
The property is amazing and outstanding location. Also Cleaning is superb.
